    In this 6 week program we take the basis of our Balance Body Blueprint, custom macros (if applicable, taking into account breastfeeding), workouts, 1:1 text support, and then add in everything you need to know to start working out safely again postpartum.

    With a focus on pelvic floor healing and diastasis recti to ensure your journey back in to fitness is as safe as possible. This is the program I didn’t have but wish I did as a newly postpartum mom.
